Women Realize Apple AirTag is Tracking Them, Police Find Out Who's Responsible Top 40 Most Inquired for Cars in the Philippines—Q1 2026 For the first quarter of 2026, we’ve witnessed a significant surge in the Philippine automotive market. New models have dropped, and buyer interest has skyrocketed for a select few. Here are the 40 most popular cars in the Philippines, based on inquiries made on AutoDeal.com.ph. This list is ranked by the percentage of total inquiries each model received compared to the rest of the market. The percentages reflect the total number of inquiries on AutoDeal.com.ph for the period. We’re excited to see several brands stepping up, becoming top performers in their categories and the market as a whole. Ford Ranger Ford Ranger Starting strong in the number one spot, we have the Ford Ranger with 3.2 percent of all site traffic going to its inquiry button. People are actively searching for the Ranger, and with a new model in the country, it’s no surprise that it’s garnering massive attention from Filipino car buyers. Previously, the Ranger was already a popular choice, offering some of the best features in its segment. Now with a refreshed design and enhanced capabilities, it’s only right that the Ranger takes the top spot. Toyota Hilux Toyota Hilux Hot on the heels of the Ranger is its long-time rival, the Toyota Hilux. Toyota has always been a powerhouse in the ladder-frame pickup truck segment, and the Hilux’s legendary name holds strong even today. Filipinos quickly recognize the model’s durability and robust nature. Investing in this nameplate guarantees reliability and, as our data shows, a ton of inquiries. Up to 2.98 percent of all our inquiries were for the Hilux on AutoDeal.
Nissan Navara Nissan Navara Third on our list is yet another pickup truck, marking three in a row for the segment. The Nissan Navara is another favorite in the market, with 2.71 percent of inquiries directed to this model. It’s no surprise to see the Navara ranking third overall for the first quarter of 2026. With its coil-sprung rear suspension, it remains one of the most comfortable workhorses available, earning the interest of Filipino car buyers. Toyota Raize Toyota Raize Moving into the crossover realm, number four on our list is the Toyota Raize. The first crossover we encounter is a Toyota, specifically an affordable one that offers utility in a compact and lightweight package. Its impressive ground clearance allows it to easily navigate bumps and potholes, while the Toyota badge ensures reliability on even the longest roads. A total of 2.64 percent of all our inquiries go to the Toyota Raize’s page. Ford Everest Ford Everest Not far behind the little crossover, we have the Ford Everest. Separated by just a hundredth of a percent, the Ranger’s SUV counterpart flexes its new design in fifth place. The Everest was beginning to show its age compared to some rivals, but Ford rightfully updated it with a stunning new design that catches the eye and ignites consumer desire. With 2.63 percent of inquiries heading to its page, it’s a testament to how well the Blue Oval executed its two twin-tower strategy—so to speak. Mitsubishi Xpander Mitsubishi Xpander The most popular MPV on our list was once a dominant force in the market, and it remains a strong contender. Sixth, the Mitsubishi Xpander makes the list with 2.35 percent of all our inquiries. Following an update, the Xpander received a fresh face to tackle its rivals, and so far, it’s been performing exceptionally well. The Xpander’s appearance on this list for the first quarter of the year also makes it the most popular MPV based on our metrics, as of this writing. Toyota Vios Toyota Vios The most popular sedan on AutoDeal right now is the Toyota Vios. It comes as no surprise that Toyota’s subcompact sedan makes this list. 2.09 percent of all our inquiries are for the Toyota Vios, a testament to how well the nameplate is doing, currently sitting comfortably in seventh place. You definitely recognize a Toyota Vios, and you’ve certainly seen one on the road. For it to be seventh on this list in a sea of ever-popular nameplates is only a nod to the model’s enduring appeal among Filipino car buyers. Honda BR-V Honda BR-V Number eight on our list is the Honda BR-V, overtaking other MPV models and following closely behind the number one MPV for the first quarter of the year. The BR-V received an update last year, and Honda kept consumers on their toes in anticipation of the revised model. This seven-seater offers respectable power and torque figures compared to its rivals, while also maintaining that signature Honda feel that many consumers have come to love over the years. As a vehicle for the masses with multiple use cases, the BR-V is a great alternative choice if the top pick (the Xpander) isn’t to your liking. Coming in with 1.99% of all inquiries made on AutoDeal, it earns its spot on this list. Ford Territory
Ford Territory The first compact crossover on our list is yet another Ford. The Territory marked its—uh—territory back when it was first introduced in 2020. After three years on the market, and with a much-anticipated update happening in the second quarter of this year, the Territory has managed to secure 1.92 percent of our inquiries. The value proposition offered by this crossover is ripe for Filipino car buyers who want a reputable brand with a wealth of value woven into their purchase. Currently in ninth place, we expect the Territory to climb the rankings in the second quarter of 2026. Suzuki Ertiga Suzuki Ertiga Rounding out the triple threat in the seven-seater MPV ring and capping off the top 10 is the Suzuki Ertiga, making its mark with 1.87 percent of our inquiries. This model has long been a great alternative for consumers seeking a robust and reliable seven-seater workhorse. Now updated with a mild-hybrid system, the Ertiga has finally evolved from being a more affordable alternative to an MPV that truly delivers value for the same or less than its competitors. Nissan Terra Nissan Terra For the 11th spot on our list, the Nissan Terra has become a prime choice for consumers looking to buy a midsize SUV. The Terra has carved out its niche in the highly competitive midsize SUV segment, even though it was launched quite late compared to its other competitors. While Nissan was late to the party with the first-generation iteration of the Terra, the second-generation model is a more-than-worthy successor that we feel is one of the best in the business. Its updated interior and exterior will catch your eye, but don’t forget the features and luxurious amenities that await drivers and passengers inside the Terra. With all of that, the Terra achieved 1.76 percent of all our inquiries gathered in the first quarter of the year. Toyota Avanza Toyota Avanza Yet another seven-seater makes the list. In 12th place, we have the Toyota Avanza. This model was recently updated with a new chassis and drivetrain, making it more similar in build to a crossover. The Avanza now flaunts a more refined ride while still retaining the robustness of previous iterations. Equipped with most of the basics, it’s also relatively affordable for most consumers and comes with the trusted Toyota badge. In terms of percentages, 1.73 percent of all our inquiries came from the Avanza’s page. Toyota Hiace Toyota Hiace Another Filipino favorite is the Toyota Hiace. It’s hard to separate this nameplate from the segment, as the Hiace dominates almost all known metrics when it comes to full-size vans. As the best-selling nameplate in its category, the Hiace spans a huge number of variants, even offering a luxury van experience with the Super Grandia. Otherwise, we reckon that the standard Grandias are where the bulk of the inquiries are being made, amounting to 1.62 percent of our total inquiries, and we’re happy to see the model crack the 13th spot on our list. Toyota Wigo Toyota Wigo The smaller and shorter brother to the Raize, the Toyota Wigo, makes this list in 14th place. This small hatchback is a mainstay in the market for its decently affordable price tag, its brand’s reputation, and the overall following that the Wigo has as a reliable and practical compact city slicker. That’s not to say that the little car can’t make it up to Baguio, however. With 1.53 percent of our inquiries in its back pocket, this pint-sized model is also the first small hatchback on our list, making it the most popular small hatch in the country for the first quarter of the year based on our metrics. Mitsubishi Xpander Cross Mitsubishi Xpander Cross
While the regular Xpander has taken the top spot for MPVs in the country, its snazzier brother, the Xpander Cross, is yet another model that we’re pleasantly surprised to see in 15th place. The higher price tag for this model locks out a lot of consumers, but that doesn’t mean it costs more to inquire about. We reckon that people are still curious about what you get if
